Each of these properties have incredible 2 or 3 bedroom luxury club homes, world class championship golf courses and amenities. All the homes are 3 bedroom (sleeps 8) and the Puerto Vallarta home property is a 2 bedroom home (sleeps 6). However, if available, you can get a 3 bedroom home at Puerto Vallarta for no extra charge. With the home property in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico you can use all 27 days there if you want to up to 2 weeks at a time. With the other four properties you can use them up to 7 days at a time. You can also use any of the properties for weekends or just a few days at a time - you are not locked into a set week of the year or number of days for each visit. To schedule your golf vacation all you need to do is complete the reservation forms each year in a timely manner. The current owner has never had a problem reserving time at the the resort he desires at any time of the year.Plus, all the fees for 2008 have already been paid by the current owner, so you will not have any fees until 2009!
