You are bidding on a Deluxe one bedroom apartment at Cabo Villas in the heart of many activities and balcony views of Lovers Arch and Lands End. This is about location, location, location. Close to the Marina, restuarants, water fun, and on Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. This apartment will sleep four, but can be upgraded when you want to invite more folks. We purchased a 30 year contract, floating week for every other year beginning 2009. We also have four bonus weeks that can be used from week 15 through week 45, (or rented out) until November, 2009. The bonus week will cost $399.00 if used only. The maintenance fees are $399.00 every other year beginning 2009. Also included in our price is a membership to Interval International that allows you to trade your week all over the world or take additional discount vacations. What a deal!
