Maui Hill has some of the lowest maintenance fees of all the timeshares in Hawaii while maintaining an exceptional Gold Crown status - $218/quarter. Maintenance fees are billed quarterly. All fees are current. Additionally, a new renovation project was just passed at the Annual meeting which will result in an additional quarter fee of $80 or less that is expected to last 3 years. USE or EXCHANGE The week can be used at the specified time at the resort each year, deposited with the resort and used at another time at the resort each year or deposited with a trading company for exchange to a week in another location.
