Playa del Carmen Mexico – Time Share – Gold Season Master Suite + 1 Studio **(E-mail questions to pdrew@live.com) Sunset Fisherman Spa & Resort is a luxurious beachfront condominium complex with just 50 units in the quiet coastal community of Playacar just a 10-minute walk to Playa del Carmen and a short boat ride t the island of Cozumel. Fisherman’s Village is known to be the nicest quality resort/condo complex in the entire Yucatan Peninsula. The resort offers full service restaurant, swim-up pool bar, full sized pool, Jacuzzi, air conditioned gym, spa services such as massage, facials, pedicures and manicures. Each unit has travertine flooring, slab marble countertops, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The rooms have living rooms with sofabed, dining area, full kitchen with counter bar, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and cooking range. The Timeshare is a Master Suite with one bedroom and one bathroom and an additional, attached one bedroom suite with separate entrance. The one bedroom condo sleeps 6-8 people and the studio sleeps 1-4 people. It includes 1 regular + 3 VIP weeks each year for a total of 4 weeks. The Timeshare also includes membership in the Admirals Yacht Club. The yacht can be rented at $50 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours for sightseeing, scuba diving, or fishing. The membership is good through May 2050. The yearly maintenance fee is $781 plus $99 for the Admirals Yacht Club. This is a Gold Season Timeshare and you can book any week except that of Christmas, New Years, Holy Week, and Easter Week. This is a deeded Timeshare and the paperwork is completed once payment is received. The Timeshare is on the Yucatan Peninsula in the Mayan Riviera and is approximately a 40-minute drive to Benito Juarez International Airport in Cancun and close to the Mayan ruins at Tulum.
