OCEAN FRONT TIME SHARE ACCOMMODATES 8 PEOPLE Owner's Suite features balcony, king bed, whirlpool, color TV, Lockout with balcony has two double beds and wet bar, Greatroom has Queen sleeper sofa, dining room and breakfast bar to full kitchen and utility room. Lockout feature allows yearly reservations to be 1 week for 8 people, or split lockout to have 2 weeks with 4 people each week. This year we have reserved lockout from 12/14/2008 to 12/21/2008 and greatroom with owner suite from Dec. 21 to Dec. 28! This year may be ocean view vs. ocean front (we waited too long to reserve). Marriott's Ocean Pointe has three swimming pools, including a children's pool,oversized whirlpool spa, trellis swings overlooking the ocean, pool table, children's playground, 24 hour fitness center. Nearby snorkeling or wave running, freshwater and salytwater fishing at the famed Sailfish Marina, shop Worth Avenue and Palm Beach Gardens Mall. Be captivated by the creations from the Florida Philharmonic and mesmerized by the beauty of Ballet Florida. Unit sells for $42,900 per Marriott. We are currently offering subject to leasing the two reserved weeks for $2,000 for the Greatroom Week and $1000. for the lockout week. It may be your vacation this year! Platinum is in-season from Week 51 through Week 17 (Dec 14-April). You are able to trade weeks and locations in Florida, subject to terms. I am selling this unit for my parents, who live in Florida.
