Description
I need to sell my fabulous timeshare PUEBLO BONITO SUNSET BEACH in Cabo San Lucas. Every room has an ocean view with a large balcony, from where you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. It is a 5 Star Resort and one night is selling now for around $ 500.00. I have never seen a more beautiful place like this. It is truly paradise. Paid $18000.00 for it. Unfortunately I never have the time to go, therefore I need to sell it. My loss is your gain. It is for week 1-50. It is a floating week, where you pick one week per year. I own an Executive Suite, which sleeps 6. It has 1306 sft. My contract with the resort expires in 2033. If you would buy it, I will give you my 3 weeks, which I have banked with the exchange program RCI at no additional cost to you. In addition to that you will get from me my week for the year 2009 at the Resort for free. I have booked this week for february 27th 2009 to march 6th 2009. If these dates don't work for you, you would be able to change them to another date or bank them with the exchange program RCI, to have a total of 4 weeks free vacation coming up to destinations all over the world. I used so far only one week on this timeshare. I have the deed for the timeshare, which will be signed over to your name, if you are the highest bidder. The resort will take care of that for a small fee. Please type in at google the resort PUEBLO BONITO SUNSET BEACH and you will get all the details about the resort and what it has to offer. I request, that the winning bidder will pay me the full amount due not later than 5 days after the action ended. The maintenance fee for 2009 will be added to the price of the auction, that way everything is totally current til 2010. After receiving the payment I will send you the deed, which I will have signed in the back. The resort told me, that the new owner needs to sign the deed in the back too, then it has to be send down to the resort, that the ownership can be changed over to your name, which will cost $ 100.00 in recording fee.
