Description
This is an awesome resort, I just received the November 2008 edition of Conde Nast Traveler and this resort is listed in their top 25 resorts in Mexico. Super Executive Suite • Living room with sofabed and TV. Dining room and patio with private jacuzzi. • Bedroom with two queen size beds and door to the patio. Bathroom with shower and tub. Second bathroom with shower. Hair dryers, lighted vanity mirrors, iron and ironing board. TV with movie rental service, On ‘ Command and video players for kids. Security box. • Complete kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee pot, blender and toaster. • Air conditioning and fans in all areas. You can sleep up to six people comfortably We have really enjoyed this timeshare and we are only selling it because we have two more timeshares and with the RCI we are able to go to this resort too. So we don't really need this one since we can go there with our other timeshares. I paid $21,000 for it and I am selling it for $10,000 or best offer. We have used 4 years out of 30 so you will still have 26 years left of ownership. It is a fixed week (Week 24) which usually falls in mid June when the weather is just perfect and the kids are out of school (if you have kids) It is great for honey mooners since it has its own private jacuzzi and it has an awesome ocean view. You can get more info on this resort at www.pueblobonitosunsetbeach.com you will notice that this type of suite goes for $550 dollars per night for non-owners. You will get 7 nights for only 799.49 every year. As soon as payment is received and verified, I will sign and forward the certificate of ownership to the winner. I contacted Pueblo Bonito and they only charge $100.00 for the transfer of ownership. Maintenance fees are due on January 1 of every year.
