Three years ago, we purchased a home and are now selling our studio timeshare units. This auction is for week 15 - April 11-18, 2009 although we have four weeks in a row - week 13 (in 2008 #/28-4/4); week 14 (4/4-4/11); week 15 (4/11-4/18); week 16 (4/18-4/25). We are keeping the price down (less than what we bought them for) because we don't want to be bothered renting them each year. These are large units with full kitchen facilities, king size bed, patio, sitting area. The Pelican has FIVE pools, tennis courts, restaurants on the premises, a children's play area, water activities, lage beach and marina. It is located in the Simpson Bay area. Our timeshares are located in the Croton building which does not have an ocean view. We have a small water/beach view to one side but hardly worth mentioning. The maintenance fee for 2009 is due in January and is $590. We are willing to split the closing fee of $135 so your portion of closing would be $62.
