I am selling an RCI Timeshare for one week in Kissimmee, Florida. This is a point system. I get 92,500 points every odd year (maintenance fees are also paid every odd numbered year). This point-based system allows owners the flexibility to decide when they want to travel, for how long, where they stay, and the size of the unit they want to vacation in. Every other year, you receive your points or credits on your anniversary date. If some year you can't use all your points, credits, check with your timeshare company to see if you can roll them over into the next year. You can also use these points for the timeshare or you can trade them in for airfare, rental cars, entertainment etc. I have an A and B unit. Together they sleep 8 people. This Timeshare offers a condominium-style unit, fully equipped with kitchen, dining room, and living room - no more making coffee in the bathroom! It also has a washer and dryer, whirlpool tubs and entertainment centers. This is a very flexible plan that is why I had purchased it. It gives you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy exotic locations, Imagine taking your family on a dream vacation to a tropical island while stretching out in a two-bedroom condo.
