A fantastic one-week, annual, timeshare that can be 'divided out' into two weeks, as this gorgeous 1200 sq. ft. , ski-in, ski-out condo has a locked off room/kitchenette . We own this 100% outright and there are no liens on this property! We are selling because we want to donate 100% of the money to a specific local charity that is dear to us! Our week is a SILVER week condo available during the Spring and Fall with a current PAID FOR week this 2008 Thanksgiving. ( We have reserved for Thanksgiving skiing over the past 8 years!). You make your own reservation through Marriott. You can also trade the week through Interval International for some place else in the WORLD!The condo is beautiful and includes a two bedroom unit that can easily sleep 8. One unit contains the master bedroom, living area, full kitchen (totally equipped)and a full bath with a wonderful massive spa tub. The adjoining guest bedroom has a small kitchen facility, full bath, queen bed and sleeper sofa. All three living areas have a TV and DVD. The guest room can be locked off and you can use it or trade it for an additional week. The yearly costs currently runs about $890. The fitness area and indoor and outdoor facilities are current and adjoin to an indoor sauna, which you can then walk out to the outdoor pool and hot-tub area. There are 6 or 7 whirlpools outside and a huge, heated pool, right next to the snow- very nice! Our three teens and one tween have LOVED growing up and going here each year, weather spring or fall! The enormous property is well kept and professionally staffed with happy people from all over the world. The resort is situated on the mountain next to the Alpine slide, zip-line and mini golf. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shopping on old Main Street and a major golf course. Activities are held daily at the resort for all age groups. Snow has been guaranteed in the past during Thanksgiving Week and this year there is already so much natural snow in Park City that some resorts in Park City are already opened for skiing! If you were to purchase our timeshare for $3,999 (currently sells for about $11,000. and an annual $890. maintenance fee), you would also receive Thanksgiving week 2008 (PAID FOR!), November 23rd to November 30th- 7 Nights!!! I randomly called Marriott Reservations and they quoted me $2,906.83 to rent it for Thanksgiving if I were not already an owner of this 2002 Olympic Venue property at Mountainside!!! Our family of 6 have the BEST memories staying here and hope you can imagine your family making fantastic memories as well! There are always other families and daily activities to keep the group, kids and teens busy.
